What we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
H.HARUIS AI SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17451758, registered in england and wales, registered office 287 Badminton Road, Downend, Bristol, BS16 6NU. We decide how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us at caden@haruis-ai-solutions.com.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name and message. To stop spam we also keep a scrambled (hashed) copy of the IP address the form was sent from, and delete it after 24 hours. If you book a call, the booking goes through Google Calendar and Google's own privacy policy applies to it. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page opens.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to, to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who have contacted us, and keeping the form free of spam. We do not add you to a newsletter or a mailing list, and we never sell your details.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Nobody outside our company has access to them.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to two years, then delete it, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email caden@haruis-ai-solutions.com and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
