If your question is not here, book a short call or send it over and we will come back to you.

No. If you know exactly what you want built, we will quote it and build it. We recommend the blueprint because it is free and it usually finds more than the one thing you came in for, but it is not a gate.

Nothing. We make our money building the systems, not finding them. If you decide you want what is in the blueprint built, that part is paid work.

It depends entirely on what is being built, so any number we put on this page would be made up. You get a fixed price for a fixed scope before anything starts, and the blueprint prices each piece individually so you can see it before you commit to anything.

Most of the companies we work with run between 10 and 50 people. Smaller works if there is enough repetitive work to be worth mapping. We will tell you on the first call if we do not think there is.

Not for the blueprint. It is built from conversations and from watching how the work flows. If you want to show us a screen, that helps, but nothing has to be connected to anything and we do not need logins.

You do. It runs on your accounts and your hosting, and you get the code and a written handover. We are not interested in holding your business hostage to a login we control.

That is fine, and it happens. You keep the blueprint and everything in it. Take it to someone else, build it in house, or sit on it. There is no invoice either way.

We train your team on it, and most clients keep us on to add the next thing. A business does not stop changing, so the work does not really finish. But that is a choice you make after the first build, not a contract you sign up front.

No. We do real work before we ask you for anything, and the blueprint is finished and handed over whether or not you ever pay us. If you want us to build it, you will ask.
