We go department by department to learn how the work actually flows, not how the org chart says it does. This is where your 2 hours goes, and we will take more of it if you want to go deeper.
We build the blueprint
A full week of our work, and the part you never see. We are pulling everything you told us apart, costing it, testing what is possible and building the demos. You are not involved in any of it.
We present it live, with working demos
We walk you through the whole thing on a call and show the pieces running, so you see it working rather than just hear about it. Then you decide what happens next.

The questions we always get
Do you need access to our systems?
Not for the blueprint. It is built from conversations and from watching how the work flows. If you want to show us a screen, that helps, but nothing has to be connected to anything and we do not need logins.
What happens to what we tell you?
Anything genuinely commercially sensitive stays between us, and we will flag it if we think something falls into that. But being able to talk about what we found, and to name you when we do, is the reason this costs you nothing. It is the trade. If that does not work for you, we are not the right fit, and we would rather say so now than halfway through.
What if we do not want to go ahead with the build?
That is fine, and it happens. You keep the blueprint and everything in it. Take it to someone else, build it in house, or sit on it. There is no invoice either way.
Is this just going to be a sales call?
No. We do real work before we ask you for anything, and the blueprint is finished and handed over whether or not you ever pay us. If you want us to build it, you will ask.
How big does our business need to be?
Most of the businesses we work with run between 10 and 50 people. Smaller can work if there is enough repetitive work to be worth mapping. If we do not think we can find anything, we will say so on the first call rather than take a slot.
